i was asked to do a poster for Skarresøforeningen's annual festival, Skarresø Festival, and this is it:

i haven't drawn pavel, birgitte, katrine and i biking to ryomgård, and painting mistbænke. but it was my plan to draw that as well.

i had to take a photo of this because it was drawn in someone else's book - it's a drawing for skarresøforeningen, which was done while i was there yesterday.

det nye land.

this is an illustration for one of Skarresøforeningen's new projects "the new land". (some of the main goals are to become self-sufficient and learn about cultivation.)
i like it, all the beautiful colours! but maybe the shadow is a bit too big.. but whatever. i'm not going to change it!

i just realised i forgot to scan this one! we're in skarresø and it's cold and raining a lot, so we're having cosy sleepy time in front of the fireplace - and birgitte in front of the computer :)

more skarresø

this is a drawing of another photo from the weekend. i thought it would be good practice to try something with more depth, but i dont know how well i succeded. i'll have to look at it more. and in a way it feels very busy, but on the other hand i dont feel it's that bad. sorta chaotic, perhaps. and it was fun to just go crazy with shadows and lights.

normally i dont draw these kind of "picture drawings" with photos as reference (otherwise i could just take a photo) but this one of daniel's photos wanted to be drawn.
